Other Details to Note

Trash should be taken to the bear-proof receptacles outside. If at any point these need to be emptied, send us a message and we'll have someone by to pick it up. Please allow 1-2 days for pickup! We recently switched to a charcoal grill at our property. Please bring your own coals, and dispose of used coals in the nearby ash bucket. Do not put any coals on the ground due to fire hazard risks! If you or your guests plan to use the downstairs sleeper sofa, sheets for the pull-out couch are in a clear bag in the closet. Upon leaving, please leave these sheets on the couch cushions if you used them so our cleaners know they need cleaning.

No smoking ($300 fine). No parties or events. 10 guests max. Enforced for fire code. Hot tub use is at your own risk (age 16+). Pets: 2 max, max 100 lbs. Must be potty-trained, stay off all furniture, and kept in a crate when unattended. Must pick up pet waste outside.

Lexis was very responsive when we messaged her with a couple small items. Plenty of space for the 7 of us there. arcade game was a hit!! porch swings were also very nice. The kitchen was on the small side but the pictures showed that so we knew that from the get go. Hot tub was a great time according to the other family that stayed with us. The cabin was located in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, we would definitely stay there again!!

Lexis' cabin was a conveniently located just a short distance from the Pigeon Forge strip. The drive to the cabin was very easy and it was easy to get to any side road off the strip from the cabin. The cabin was clean and had plenty of room for our family. It is located in a nice community that has streets that you can walk on. I would definitely stay there again.

I truly cannot say enough about Lexi and our stay at her place. She was wonderful from the moment we booked until we checked out. She inquired about the reason for our trip and made sure to guide us accordingly. Her messages felt genuine and heartfelt.
