ARRIVAL & PARKING Eagle's Zen is located near the top of the hill. For parking, 3 to 4 vehicles should fit comfortably. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. ADDITIONAL GUESTS We do not allow more than 8 guests and enforce this for safety and fire code reasons. Guests found to be bringing more guests than the max risk being asked to leave immediately without a refund. QUIET HOURS Thank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. PETS We’re happy to host your small furry friends. We can accept up to two pets, each weighing up to 100 lbs. All pets must be house-trained, stay off furniture, and be kept in a crate when unattended. All pet waste must be picked up. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval. Please note: Guests are responsible for paying any fees related to damage or excessive cleaning. SMOKING To keep Eagle's Zen fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $300 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. PARTIES & EVENTS Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $500 fee and risk of being asked to leave immediately without a refund.

No smoking ($300 fine). No parties or events. 8 guests max. Enforced for fire code. Hot tub use is at your own risk (age 16+). Pets: 2 max, max 100 lbs. Must be potty-trained, stay off all furniture, and kept in a crate when unattended. Must pick up pet waste outside.

A Cozy, Fun-Filled Getaway Perfect for Families The cabin was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean, warm, and incredibly inviting. The upstairs bedroom and the bunk beds in the loft were perfect for our little family, while the other two bedrooms and bathrooms comfortably accommodated the rest of our group. We spent every evening enjoying movie nights in the cozy theater room downstairs, which had plenty of space for all of us. My kids especially loved the arcade games, and Street Fighter was their favorite. The location was ideal. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge and only 10 minutes to Soaky Mountain, which I highly recommend. The road to the cabin has some steep parts, but that’s to be expected in the area. One rainy evening, I used four-wheel drive to get up the hill, although a front-wheel-drive vehicle would likely be just fine. The parking area is on an incline, so be sure to use your parking brake. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. We would definitely choose this cabin again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful and clean cabin that was in close proximity to all the fun in Sevierville. It was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable! Lexis is the best host! She checked in to make sure we had all we needed. I highly recommend her cabin to anyone wanting a quiet getaway close to all the fun in the Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.

Lexi was a great host. She was very responsive and helped accommodate us staying an extra night. We stay the extra night because we hated to leave. The peacefulness, view and scenery are just amazing at this home. The drive through the mountains is just what we all needed peace and beauty! The house was as advertised. Our boys spent what time we were at the house downstairs playing games. We had a family movie night downstairs making memories! We will for sure stay here again!

Lexis’s place was AMAZING! Very clean and well kept. My kids especially loved the theatre room and arcade games. The house is in a quiet, peaceful area. This place felt like we were right at home! It was also VERY clean. The hosts thought about everything you could possible need during your stay and included it. My kids also really enjoyed the games downstairs in the movie theater area. I would definitely stay here with my family again.

The house was incredibly cozy and looked exactly like the pictures—no surprises, which we really appreciated! The beds were especially comfortable—felt just like the ones you’d have at home, not stiff or plywood-like at all. It made for a really relaxing stay. This vacation was amazing! The house was lovely! Very clean! As well as aesthetically beautiful! You basically have everything you need in the house except for your meals! I definitely will book for future trips!
